💼 About This Role

You'll run complex enterprise sales cycles for developer tools at a startup, engaging senior engineers and C-level leaders. Your core impact will be driving adoption of Antithesis's technology across Wall Street accounts. This role is dedicated exclusively to the FinTech and Financial Services sector.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Run end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to close.
  • Own and proactively manage a book of business.
  • Engage engineers and executives in technical and business conversations.
  • Define and refine customer qualification criteria and sales process.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience selling developer tools or technical products.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota.
  • Strong technical acumen and communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in Sales Engineering or technical demos.
  • Experience selling into FinTech or Financial Services.
  • Startup sales experience.
