• Identify, reach out to, and onboard new affiliate partners across Europe
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key affiliates
• Negotiate deals, set KPIs, and ensure continuous partner performance improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns and promotional activities

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management
• Strong understanding of the European digital and affiliate landscape
• Proven ability to build and grow affiliate network partnerships
• Fluent in English and French
