You'll lead the design and professionalization of Corporate Services for a financial firm's Americas region, overseeing a team of 35 Executive Assistants. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define regional operating models and service standards for Corporate Services.
- Lead and develop a team of ~35 Executive Assistants across multiple offices.
- Design and launch the firm's enterprise-wide corporate travel program.
- Oversee conference services, reception, and front-of-house operations.
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in corporate services, administration, or office management.
- Proven leadership managing teams of at least 20 administrative professionals.
- Track record of designing and implementing operating models and governance structures.
- Experience in financial services or a similarly regulated environment.
