Description

You will drive the strategic vision and execution for Conga's Discovery Agent, transforming it from template-based extraction to autonomous AI capabilities. This high-impact role involves owning multi-quarter strategy, defining breakthrough features like Zero-Touch Setup, architecting agent orchestration frameworks, and mentoring other product managers while engaging with Fortune 500 customers.

Requirements

• 8+ years product management experience with 5+ years in enterprise AI/ML or intelligent automation
• Experience leading 0-to-1 product initiatives in AI/ML, especially in document intelligence or contract analytics
• Expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, agent architectures, multi-agent orchestration
• Knowledge of AI implementation challenges at enterprise scale (latency, accuracy, cost, hallucination mitigation)
• Familiarity with RAG systems, vector databases, model fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, and agentic design patterns

Responsibilities
