💼 About This Role

You'll design and operate internal developer platform services for a multi-tenant cloud platform used by hundreds of engineers. Your work will directly improve developer velocity and pre-production testing at scale. This role offers the chance to explore AI-assisted workflows in a collaborative, ambiguous environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and operate multi-tenant internal developer platform services.
• Improve pre-production and performance testing capabilities in CI/CD.
• Explore and integrate AI-assisted workflows for developers.
• Deliver projects end-to-end with design docs and milestones.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years professional software engineering experience building cloud services.
• Proficiency in a statically typed language (e.g., Java, Go) and scripting (e.g., Python).
• Experience with DevProd/DevOps tooling like CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Proven ability to own services in production including on-call and incident response.
