💼 About This Role

You'll manage global logistics and trade compliance for a technology and logistics company, ensuring timely dispatch and customs clearance. Your work will directly support international shipments to EU/UK and global destinations. This role offers the chance to own import/export processes in a fast-paced IT logistics environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate timely dispatch of goods to international and EU/UK destinations
• Create trade documents including commercial invoices with compliance
• Secure export and import permits and licenses
• Coordinate customs clearance for global shipments
• Manage duty and tax payments with accurate recordkeeping

📋 Requirements

• Minimum two years experience in import/export logistics
• Secondary or higher education qualifications
• Working knowledge of Incoterms
• Ability to identify, research, and analyze compliance issues

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in handling US/EU Export Controlled information
• Minimum three years experience in import/export compliance
• Experience in assigning commodity codes for products
