💼 About This Role

You'll own the product vision and roadmap for Lyric's Course Academy, designing certification programs at the intersection of supply chain and learning. Your core impact will be translating complex supply chain AI workflows into teachable, modular learning experiences. You will collaborate cross-functionally to launch certification tracks that measurably reduce support load and boost feature adoption.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own Course Academy product vision, roadmap, and prioritization
• Design persona-based learning journeys and certification tracks
• Create modular video content, labs, and capstone assessments
• Define and track KPIs: enrollments, completion, pass rates

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related field
• Experience designing assessments and certification frameworks
• Ability to translate workflows into teachable modules
• Data-driven mindset with measurable impact on learning outcomes
