Description

You will design, govern, and evolve scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, partnering with stakeholders and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust architectures while ensuring best practices, performance, security, and compliance. This role provides architectural leadership, guides development teams, and drives long-term platform vision in a regulated enterprise environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years IT/application development experience with 5+ years Salesforce platform
• Strong hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture and implementation
• Experience with Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and SOQL
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware

Responsibilities

• Design and govern complex Salesforce Sales Cloud system architectures
• Own technical design decisions including data models, integrations, security, and automation
• Perform architectural and code reviews; mentor developers on best practices
• Design and build Sales Cloud capabilities (Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Forecasting, etc.)
• Oversee integrations with external systems using APIs and event-driven patterns
