💼 About This Role

You'll develop and refine manufacturing processes for high-precision machined components on the Terran R rocket program. You'll collaborate with design teams to improve manufacturability and directly impact flight hardware. This role offers the chance to work with best-in-class machinery and grow from operating to programming.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create process plans and standard operating procedures for parts
• Improve manufacturing processes through new technologies and methods
• Advise on design for manufacturability to upstream partners
• Analyze non-conforming hardware and determine corrective actions

📋 Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering or comparable STEM field
• 6+ years of experience in machining
• Knowledge of GD&T
• 4+ years in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, or Supply Chain

• Knowledge of metrology and dimensional inspection methods
• Proficiency in CAD and CAM software
• Understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement
