You will lead safety features focused on automating content reviews using AI, working across multiple ML modalities (image, text, audio, video, 3D, code) to keep Roblox safe and civil for millions of users.

Requirements

• 5+ years product development experience
• Experience building/deploying AI solutions at large scale in real time
• Experience in Trust & Safety or adversarial dynamics (UGC environment preferred)
• Understanding of social platforms and game engines (plus)
• Extreme clarity in communication to executive level

Responsibilities

• Lead safety features for automated content reviews using AI
• Stay ahead of adversarial tactics and malicious actors
• Work across ML modalities (image, text, audio, video, 3D, code)
• Balance input from stakeholders with competing priorities
• Prepare and manage product requirements from conception to launch
