Lead the engineering of Payoneer's data platform, managing data infrastructure, engineering, and BI teams to deliver scalable, high-quality data products. Drive real-time streaming, operational excellence, and cross-company enablement through world-class data tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead data platform engineering including real-time streaming infrastructure
• Manage data engineering teams for ingestion, transformation, and delivery pipelines
• Oversee BI infrastructure and consumption layer including dashboards
• Serve as operational and delivery lead across the data platform
• Define architecture and strategic direction for data infrastructure and AI/ML platforms
