You will be the operational backbone of JetBrains' design organization, building systems, tools, and processes to make design faster and more scalable. Optimize demand, improve throughput, and implement automation to balance speed with excellence.

Requirements

• Experience in design operations or similar role
• Strong process optimization and project management skills
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma, DAM, YouTrack)
• Ability to lead vendor and outsourcing relationships
• Analytical skills for KPI tracking and improvement

Responsibilities

• Document and standardize end-to-end workflows across design sub-teams
• Redesign intake and prioritization system for design requests
• Implement tiered service levels and automate repetitive tasks
• Maintain live capacity and workload overview, forecast demand
• Define and track Design Ops KPIs, create dashboards
