You'll lead the design and delivery of new platform capabilities for our AI Agent product, building high-performance backend systems using Go and cloud-native practices. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into robust technical solutions while mentoring engineers and driving continuous improvement in reliability and performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and delivery of new platform capabilities for AI Agent product
• Architect high-performance, scalable backend systems using Go
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and best-practice leadership
• Drive continuous improvement in system reliability and performance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 2+ years of hands-on production experience in Go
• Experience building or integrating AI-powered applications with LLM platforms
• Experience with MongoDB or NoSQL databases

• Experience with infrastructure as code (AWS CDK, Terraform)
• Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting
• Experience with modern AI-assisted engineering tools (Cursor, Claude Code)
