Description

As a Staff Product Designer at Monzo's Business Banking, you will shape design vision and execute end-to-end projects for small business banking. You'll work across multiple squads, partner with cross-functional leaders, and mentor a small team of designers while setting a high standard for craft and impact.

• Experience managing designers and excited to grow others while remaining hands-on
• Strategic thinker who can shape product direction within a multi-squad domain
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact design work that drives customer outcomes

Responsibilities

• Set long-term design vision and lead end-to-end design projects in ambiguous problem spaces
• Deliver high-impact design work while managing and developing a small number of designers
• Guide strategic decisions and navigate tradeoffs
• Raise the bar for design craft and product excellence across the organisation
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to define and execute product strategies
