You'll assist with all phases of litigation for a federal agency, working on opioid cases and other high-profile matters. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with all phases of litigation for opioid and high-profile cases.
• Review and analyze documents, transcripts, and files for evidence.
• Use electronic databases to organize, index, and tag documents.
• Draft review memos and litigation documents as required.

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• At least 2 years of litigation support experience.
• Active member of the Bar in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• Sound working knowledge of federal and state court systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with complex federal cases and jury trials.
• Hands-on familiarity with ESI tools and eDiscovery procedures.
