Description

Join Charlie Health to conduct virtual biopsychosocial assessments and determine care needs for clients with mental health conditions. You'll build rapport, construct diagnoses, and coordinate admissions to expand access to life-saving behavioral health treatment.

• Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and adults
• Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Access to reliable technology for telehealth services
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients and referral sources
• Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments across all ages
• Determine appropriateness for virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) level of care
• Construct provisional mental health diagnoses using DSM-V criteria
• Coordinate with admissions, verification of benefits, utilization review, and clinical teams
