You'll lead the Aero Value Stream, embodying Lean principles and driving continuous improvement globally. You'll optimize processes and productivity initiatives, acting as a key liaison to deliver reliable energy solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of outage standards for LM6000, LM2500, and LMS100 technologies.
• Deploy Live Outage content to the field and serve as primary ambassador.
• Drive adoption of standard work and best practices through Bowlers and MORs.
• Own critical Bowler metrics and drive accountability across organizations.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 11+ years progressive experience in field engineering or project management.
• Power generation and field services experience in Heavy Duty Gas/Steam Turbine maintenance.
• English proficiency required.

• Previous roles in Field Engineering, Outage Management, or Service Management.
