Description

You will manage key accounting processes, support audits and tax compliance, and contribute to automation and scalability initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, reporting directly to the Director, Corporate Accounting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting or Finance
• 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing
• Strong U.S. GAAP and revenue recognition knowledge
• Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes per U.S. GAAP
• Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet accounts, accruals, and allowances
• Support calculation and reporting of monthly commissions
• Prepare quarterly federal excise tax returns and assist with corporate tax compliance
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation
