You'll support process optimization and industrialization of new sweet products in our plant. You'll collaborate with R&D to translate lab-scale formulations into full-scale production and improve manufacturing efficiency. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Support industrialization of new products from lab to production.
• Assist in design, testing, and validation of new processes and equipment.
• Collaborate with Operations to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.
• Participate in trials, pilot runs, and technical feasibility studies.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in food science or food engineering.
• Knowledge of food industrial production processes.
• Previous experience in similar roles.
• Italian & English proficiency (at least B2).
