Description

You will be the first and last touchpoint for clients and their pets, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. You will manage appointments, handle calls and emails, and maintain a clean, well-stocked environment while providing high-level hospitality and education to pet parents.

Requirements

• 1+ year customer service, hospitality, or receptionist experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Comfortable typing and using multiple computer systems
• Veterinary industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets and ensure smooth check-in/check-out
