You will develop microelectronic failure analysis tools, work with design and integration teams to improve transceiver reliability, and drive corrective actions from early production through on-orbit operation. This role encompasses reliability testing, failure analysis, and statistical process analysis to ensure high-yield, reliable transceivers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, materials science, physics, or other engineering discipline
  • 1+ years hands-on experience in microelectronics manufacturing
  • Experience with failure analysis tools (shear test, pull test, X-ray, cross-section, SAM) preferred
  • Experience with MIL-STD-883, IPC-610, JEDEC standards preferred
  • Knowledge of statistical analyses and statistical process control preferred
