You'll ensure the clinical safety and effectiveness of AI/LLM tools at Included Health, redefining healthcare access. You'll drive AI validation and quality operations across virtual and hybrid care models. Stand out by shaping clinical AI governance at a mission-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Validate AI tools pre-deployment and build LLM evaluation datasets
• Train clinicians to oversee AI tools and handle exceptions
• Administer clinical AI governance policies and maintain artifacts
• Support quality improvement events and root cause analyses

📋 Requirements

• MD/DO with active unrestricted license
• 3+ years clinical practice and 2+ years in quality/patient safety/clinical operations
• Experience with LLM output review and red-teaming/prompt testing
• Working knowledge of URAC/NCQA/CMS and HEDIS/MIPS

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building and deploying clinical AI agents
• Proficiency in Tableau/Power BI and basic SQL/statistics
• Experience in virtual care/care navigation and enterprise audits
