You'll design and implement new operational processes across legal delivery, quality control, and client success. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own mission-critical workflows that blend human and machine
• Design and implement new operational processes from scoping to rollout
• Partner with product and engineering to prototype internal tools
• Define and operationalize playbooks, training systems, and incentives

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, consulting, or finance
• Proven ability to own complex systems end-to-end in ambiguous settings
• Deep curiosity about how things work and how they can work better
• Excitement about working in-person with a high-precision team
