๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll manage leave of absence administration and HR operations for PitchBook's People Team. Your work directly supports the employee lifecycle and ensures compliance with employment laws. You'll also help enhance HR processes using emerging tools like AI.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage PBHR inbox and ServiceNow queue to address employee questions.
  • Support Workday HRIS data changes and documentation.
  • Coordinate leave of absence cases with employees and third-party administrators.
  • Ensure compliance with training and timesheet submissions.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years previous experience in Human Resources required.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems required.
  • Experience supporting leave of absence administration preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Workday preferred.
  • Knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, HIPAA compliance.
