🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design system development and documentation
• Define navigation and information hierarchy across the product
• Raise visual and interaction quality through craft critique
• Drive cross-functional alignment with product and engineering

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years designing digital products at scale
• Experience building or significantly evolving a design system
• Strong systems thinking and understanding of information architecture
• Experience designing multi-platform products (web, mobile, desktop)
