You'll lead a design team producing high-volume assets for a major retailer, from website updates to insight decks. You'll be client-facing, presenting work and guiding junior designers. This role combines design leadership with hands-on PowerPoint mastery in a fast-paced agency environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design team in executing high-volume client deliverables.
• Design and oversee website updates, collateral, and marketing assets.
• Create high-level presentations and insight decks in PowerPoint.
• Act as lead creative voice on client calls, presenting and consulting.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team of designers.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Figma or Sketch.
• Experience with large retail clients or high-volume asset production.
• Knowledge of print production processes.
