You'll own and exceed a personal quota of $1M in new ARR annually by driving revenue growth with Federally Qualified Health Centers and other safety-net providers. You'll manage the full commercial lifecycle independently, from opportunity origination to close, in a high-ownership remote environment. This role is ideal for a self-motivated seller who thrives on disciplined outreach and short-cycle deal execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own and exceed a personal quota of $1M in new ARR annually
  • Lead sales cycles from lead qualification to contract execution
  • Manage renewals and upsells with focus on 101% NRR
  • Maintain clean pipeline records and provide weekly forecasts

📋 Requirements

  • 5–7 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
  • 3+ years in healthcare or public health sales
  • Proven track record of meeting $800K+ quotas annually
  • Deep familiarity with FQHCs, Tribal Health, or FCCs

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with EMRs and clinical workflows (Epic, OCHIN, NextGen)
  • Experience with PCA/HCCN networks or community health partners
  • Fluency in technical sales concepts like integrations and data flows
