💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles at the most established crypto brand in the Philippines, partnering with Tech, PM, and Design leadership. You'll build talent pipelines and drive employer branding to position Coins as an employer of choice in fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen and evaluate applications for technical skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and manage offers with hiring managers.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide hiring updates to leadership.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in end-to-end recruitment for tech/product roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• Proven experience with proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, job portals, and talent mapping.
• Strong communication in both English and Filipino.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience hiring for crypto, fintech, or e-wallet companies.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements.
