๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the full customer lifecycle for Roku's Snowflake-native Data Cloud, combining pre-sales solution engineering with post-sales value engineering. You'll architect privacy-safe solutions and drive adoption, usage, and renewal. This role offers the chance to shape the growth engine for a leading TV streaming platform.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Run Technical Discovery with agencies, publishers, and ad tech platforms.
- Architect RDC solutions and translate requirements into phased Solution Designs.
- Deliver tailored demos, workshops, and represent RDC at industry events.
- Own post-sales value engineering and drive adoption telemetry in Snowflake.
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, etc.)
- Experience designing and deploying data collaboration, identity, or measurement solutions in AdTech.
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills with data warehousing and ETL/ELT fluency.
- Working knowledge of cloud security, privacy, and governance frameworks (VPPA, CPRA, GDPR).
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and data delivery patterns (S3, Snowflake shares, APIs).
- Knowledge of programmatic activation and DSP integrations.
- Experience with CTV/streaming advertising ecosystem.
