You'll lead a cross-functional team of engineers building Spotify's social listening experience, including the real-time shared listening feature Jam. You'll drive delivery and shape strategy across mobile and backend platforms, enabling millions of users to experience music together.

• Lead and grow a team of engineers across iOS, Android, and backend
• Deliver features for real-time shared listening experiences
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders on strategy
• Guide team through complex technical challenges in synchronization and connectivity

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading and developing engineering teams
• Experience building and scaling complex systems in real-time or distributed environments
• Strong understanding of software engineering across mobile and backend
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence technical direction
