💼 About This Role

You'll join a growing software consultancy as an Outbound SDR, generating leads for B2B SaaS products used by first responders. You'll own outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and social media to build pipeline for the sales team. This fully remote role offers performance-based bonuses and generous PTO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect and generate new sales leads via cold calls, email, and social media.
• Qualify leads and set up meetings for sales executives.
• Collaborate with marketing on outbound warm calling for ABM programs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report weekly/monthly results.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an SDR in SaaS.
• Track record of exceeding quotas and lead targets.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
