You'll craft narrative-driven long-form video content using AI-first pipelines at a top AI companionship company with 50 million users. Your core impact is owning end-to-end production from prompting to final delivery, blending creativity with emerging technology. You'll experiment rapidly with new AI models and tools to push visual storytelling boundaries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conceptualise scripts based on current production needs and existing AI characters.
• Create narrative-driven longform video including NSFW visuals with strong storytelling.
• Own end-to-end AI video production workflows from ideation to post-production.
• Utilise Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse and other AI video models for visual sequences.
• Maintain character consistency and style across longer narratives using advanced techniques.

📋 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of video production, VFX, or digital art experience.
• Hands-on experience with latest AI video tools like Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse.
• Solid understanding of AI video generation pipelines including prompting and consistency techniques.
• Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar for final assembly.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in AI-native storytelling or filmmaking.
• Background in 3D, VFX, technical art or as a colourist.
• Familiarity with training models (LoRAs, embeddings, fine-tuning).
