💼 About This Role

You'll support IFRS and US GAAP financial reporting for Scout Motors, handling journal entries, intercompany reconciliations, and month-end close. You'll play a key role in process improvement and system migrations within a fast-growing EV startup. This role offers the chance to build accounting processes from the ground up at an iconic American brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create, review and upload journal entries in compliance with accounting standards.
• Support intercompany reconciliation and VW Group reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS and US GAAP.
• Assist in month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and process improvements.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Understanding of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Proficiency in SAP S4/HANA or similar accounting software.

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA or CA/ACCA designation.
• Experience in automotive industry or multinational corporation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
