💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare to provide on-site maintenance and repair of heavy equipment, using proprietary T3 technology to diagnose issues faster. Your work directly supports contractors and communities, transforming the construction industry with real-time support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed.
• Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment parts.

📋 Requirements

• Own tools applicable to the position.
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

✨ Nice to Have

• Trade school certificate preferred.
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements.
