💼 About This Role

You'll lead Atlas's dining concierge operation, building the systems and partnerships that deliver exceptional dining access at scale. You will own team performance, fulfillment strategy, and service standards, working cross-functionally to improve tooling and automation. This foundational leadership role sits at the intersection of hospitality, operations, and product, reporting to the VP of Operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow the dining concierge team across key markets.
• Set team goals, service standards, and KPIs for fulfillment quality.
• Build and refine SOPs, workflows, and escalation paths.
• Develop relationships with top restaurants and hospitality groups.
• Partner with Product and AI to improve tooling and automation.

📋 Requirements

• 7-12+ years in high-end hospitality, dining, or concierge.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced, high-touch settings.
• Deep knowledge of the restaurant landscape and VIP expectations.
• Strong operational leadership with system-building track record.
