Description

You will build relationships with clinical partners in your local community, provide resources to those struggling with mental health, and champion Charlie Health's virtual behavioral health treatment programs. This role involves field work 4-5 days/week to meet with patients, parents, and providers.

Requirements

• Based in Sedona/Cottonwood area
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets
• Lead field meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and cement partnerships
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across different channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
