💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end design and deployment of a comprehensive suite of plasma diagnostics for fusion generators. Your work will directly impact the development of the world's first fusion power plant. This is a pivotal role at a company backed by top investors with a track record of achieving 100 million°C plasmas.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy plasma diagnostics across fusion generators
• Integrate cross-disciplinary input from physics, operations, and data science
• Lead assembly, calibration, and commissioning of diagnostic systems
• Analyze diagnostic data in real time to optimize plasma performance

📋 Requirements

• Ph.D. in physics, electrical engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with plasma systems and UHV vacuum
• Expertise in diagnostic measurements like interferometry, spectroscopy, or Langmuir probes
