You'll own end-to-end payroll operations for a fast-growing AI-native legal workspace. Your work directly impacts employee experience and compliance across multiple states. This is a hands-on role at an organization trusted by 1,000+ legal teams worldwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle multi-state payroll processing
• Partner with PEO for compliance and new state expansions
• Administer payroll deductions for benefits (401k, HSA, FSA)
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries with accuracy

📋 Requirements

• Multi-state payroll management experience
• Experience in technology or scale-up environment
• Experience supporting payroll for 500+ employees
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws
