You'll design multi-year development roadmaps and scale coaching programs to build a world-class learning ecosystem. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate learning strategies into actionable roadmaps with rigorous project management.
• Design and scale a Manager Excellence framework for people leaders.
• Identify and pilot AI-driven innovations for learning content delivery.
• Oversee professional development budget to drive growth and capability.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in L&D, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
• Proven experience working within Workday and LMS/LXP platforms.
• Track record of turning learning vision into reality through project management.
• Ability to use AI to scale design, development, or implementation of learning.

• Proficiency in Articulate (Storyline/Rise) or similar authoring tools.
• Experience mentoring others to deliver high-quality outcomes.
