You'll troubleshoot complex Kubernetes and vCluster issues via Slack and ticketing, taking ownership of customer problems and working closely with engineering. You'll help shape support practices as we grow and document solutions for our knowledge base. This role is ideal for a naturally curious engineer who thrives in a small, autonomous team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot Kubernetes and vCluster environments to root cause
- Provide conversational support via Slack and ticketing system
- Collaborate with engineering on escalations and product improvements
- Document common issues and solutions for knowledge base
๐ Requirements
- 2-3 years hands-on Kubernetes in production
- Strong Linux/Unix system administration skills
- Excellent written communication for explaining technical issues
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple issues
โจ Nice to Have
- Virtual cluster or multi-tenancy experience
- Cloud platform knowledge (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Scripting skills (Bash, Python)
