You'll own end-to-end sourcing strategy for engineering roles at a fast-paced AI automation startup. You'll craft high-signal outreach and partner directly with founders to build world-class teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for priority roles
• Craft personalized outreach to passive candidates
• Partner with founders and engineering leaders on search parameters
• Track and optimize funnel metrics and A/B test messaging

📋 Requirements

• 2-8 years of technical sourcing experience at top-tier tech company
• Proven track record sourcing engineering talent with measurable outcomes
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, and ATS platforms
• Excellent written communication skills with high response rates

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior in-house experience at early-stage startup
• Hands-on Ashby ATS experience
• Familiarity with Juicebox or Gem AI Sourcing
