Your role ensures timely resolution of account and system issues, while driving product improvements through client feedback. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Support high-value customers and institutions on Binance products.
• Provide dedicated support via multiple communication channels.
• Guide VIP customers on system integration and API usage.
• Collect feedback and manage projects for product changes.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of client/trading desk support in financial services.
• Solid understanding of trading platforms and order execution.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin for coordination with partners.
• Able to participate in an on-call rotation as required.
