💼 About This Role

You'll support compliance functions, including regulatory filings and employee trading reviews, at a global alternative asset manager. Your work will ensure adherence to securities regulations and help maintain the firm's information barriers program. This role offers exposure to a wide range of compliance activities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with federal, state, and international regulatory filings.
• Review investor subscription agreements for AML and KYC compliance.
• Maintain information barriers and restricted lists.
• Provide day-to-day compliance guidance to employees.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-5 years compliance or legal experience in financial services.
• Knowledge of SEC, FINRA, CFTC regulations and the Investment Advisers Act.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certifications such as ACAMS, SIE, or Series 7.
• Experience with compliance systems (RDC, Moody's, MyComplianceOffice, Complysci).
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
