You'll join OLIVER's on-site Dublin team to lead large-scale creative projects from brief to delivery. Your core impact is ensuring high-quality craft, budget adherence, and seamless delivery across the client's portfolio of brands. This role uniquely blends agency and production company experience, with opportunities to mentor a project manager and shape workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead projects from brief to delivery, managing scope and budget.
• Oversee large-scale still and video shoots, coordinating crew and locations.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, flagging risks.
• Mentor a mid-weight project manager to develop their skills.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of creative production experience
• Experience in both agency and production environments
• Knowledge of creative workflows and processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Adgreen's Carbon Calculator or sustainability tracking
• Strong network of freelance crew and production partners
• Experience creating case studies and award entries
