You'll serve as the attending physician and medical director in skilled nursing facilities, providing patient-centered primary care and collaborating with NPs/PAs. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as attending physician for patients in assigned skilled nursing facilities.
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care and clinical supervision.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Participate in Chronic Care Management and quality initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• Must hold an active U.S. medical license.
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible in an appropriate specialty.
• Qualified specialties include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, etc.
• Must pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing.
