💼 About This Role

You'll own the day-to-day operations for strategic partner programs at Noom Health, serving as the primary client-facing point of contact. Your work ensures seamless partner launches and ongoing management, directly impacting population health at scale. You'll build scalable processes and drive key strategic initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end partner onboarding and implementation tracking.
• Serve as primary operational contact for strategic and channel partners.
• Drive key strategic initiatives to optimize operational stack.
• Coordinate issue resolution across partners and internal teams.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in client operations, implementation, or revenue operations in healthcare or health tech.
• Strong client-facing experience with external partners and health plan stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with API workflows, eligibility file operations, and data integrations.
• Proven project management experience including UAT cycles and go-live timelines.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with claims billing concepts (CPT codes, denials management, RCM).
• Experience with tools such as Salesforce, SFTP platforms, Asana, Jira, Excel, Looker.
