You'll lead Ohio Transportation operations and business development for a consulting firm. You'll drive project profitability and team performance while building client relationships. This role offers hybrid flexibility across Cleveland, Columbus, or Cincinnati.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage financial performance for Ohio Transportation offices
• Coordinate workload and staffing with Market Segment Lead
• Review contracts, proposals, and ensure technical excellence
• Drive sales, client visits, and business development

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Ohio PE license (or ability to obtain)
• 15+ years of transportation engineering experience
• ODOT standards and processes experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous ODOT and Ohio Local Public Agency experience
• Experience with ORD design
