💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism at MeBe's Learning Center. Your work will help kiddos build communication, social, and daily living skills. You'll receive paid training to earn RBT certification and be mentored by experienced BCBAs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, and daily living skills in 1:1 sessions
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record progress in Central Reach data system
• Assist with kiddo's lunch, bathroom, and diaper changes

📋 Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Obtain RBT certification within 45 days
• High school diploma or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT or TRICARE certification
• Background in child care (teaching, babysitting)
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Bachelor's degree in related field
