• Ability to demonstrate excellent client service
• Assist team members in developing technical and professional competency

Responsibilities

• Understand complex Accounting Advisory topics and their impact on financial statements
• Execute comprehensive self-review and begin articulating key concepts to staff
• Research basic technical topics and identify relevant guidance and SEC rules
• Apply guidance to basic technical topics and understand financial statement impact
• Identify technical accounting issues for discussion with managers
