You'll serve as technical owner for a core area of our retail service cloud, writing production code daily and mentoring engineers. You'll drive legacy replacement and new feature delivery across multiple brands. This is a lean team where you'll own end-to-end decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set architecture direction for your service area
• Design, build, and ship features daily
• Replace legacy code with modern solutions
• Mentor junior engineers via code review and pairing

📋 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and Node.js
• Production experience with AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB)
• Experience with Python and Django or comparable frameworks
• Track record of owning a service area technically

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with retail, e-commerce, or multi-brand platforms
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and microservices
• Prior technical lead role on a small, high-output team
